An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at SWAGGA PCN.
Under the new ARRS Scheme, we are initially looking for 2 newly qualified GPs, with a view to increasing to 4 from April dependant on 2025/26 ARRS funding, to deliver a home visiting service to support our practices. The post-holders main duty will be to conduct home visits to undertake consultations with patients.
Main duties of the job
The role will be face to face appointments, visiting patients in their own homes, triaged by the patients practice GP. To comply with ARRS funding criteria, the role will be embedded within the PCNs Core Network Practices and be fully integrated within the multi-disciplinary team delivering healthcare services to patients. It will also have access to other healthcare professionals, electronic live record systems of the PCNs Core Network Practices, as well as access to admin/office support and training and development as appropriate. It will also have access to appropriate clinical supervision and administrative support.
NB. There will be no Care Home or End of Life appointments as part of this role.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated newly qualified GP to join SWAGGA PCN. This is an exciting opportunity for a GP who has completed their CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) after February 2023 and is seeking a dynamic and supportive work environment. As a newly qualified GP, you must not currently be employed in a substantive post, and you will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.
