Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our friendly workflow administration team, which looks after the practice's 'behind the scenes' endeavours.

Main duties of the job

The work that our workflow administrative team undertakes underpins the function of the practice and you will be involved with all aspects of our service - from patients and clinical staff through to hospital consultants and specialist suppliers .

About us

Runnymede Medical Practice is a busy village practice providing patient-centred health and well-being care to around 12,000 patients. We are based across two sites one in Old Windsor, Berkshire and one in Englefield Green, Surrey. The administration team is based at our Old Windsor site.

As a member of our workflow administration team, you will be responsible for:

- Filing and coding of incoming clinical documents

- Sending out patient referrals to secondary care

- Dealing with insurance requests

- New patient registrations

- Dealing with death administration

- Processing electronic consultation requests

- Liaising with clinicians and patients, as necessary

- Inviting patients with chronic diseases for routine recall appointments
