Job summary
Be the GP you trained to be
At
Imeary Medical Group, we believe General Practice should still be rewarding.
We
know the pressures GPs face: rising demand, endless administration and the
challenge of balancing excellent patient care with your own wellbeing. That is
why we have built a practice where your expertise is genuinely valued, your
workload is sustainable and your work/life balance matters.
We
are looking for an experienced and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly,
forward-thinking team for 5 sessions per week, with an optional 6th session
available for the right candidate. With a stable list (4400), strong MDT
support, protected administration and CPD time, and efficient systems designed
to reduce unnecessary workload, this is an opportunity to enjoy being a GP
again.
Clinics
are 2.5 hours in length and consist of 4-6 x 15 minute face to face appointments
and 6-9 x 10 minute telephone calls. You will support our two experienced
Nurse Practitioners and have a GP Assistant working alongside you. You will need
to be happy to cover the practice on a Thursday as the sole GP. The number of
appointments are in line with safe working practice on all days and home visits
are low volume (max usually 1 per week).
If
you are looking for a well-run, supportive practice where you can build
continuity, contribute to service development and thrive professionally, we
would love to hear from you.
