Receptionist - Probation Health Needs Pilot

Job summary

We are seeking a confident, empathetic and highly organised Receptionist to support the delivery of a Probation Health Needs Pilot. This initiative aims to improve health outcomes for individuals on probation by collecting NHS numbers and facilitating access to health services.

Based at the Askew Road Probation Office, you will be the first point of contact for people on probation, helping them retrieve NHS numbers, register with GPs, and access wider health information. You will work closely with probation staff and external partners to build engagement and maintain accurate records.

Main duties of the job

The duties are wide ranging including welcoming and engaging with individuals on probation, explaining the pilot and encouraging participation.Answering their queries face to face, answering the phone to deal with queries and requests, general administration and various admin tasks.

All other duties as required by your Line Manager relating to administration at the Site.
