Soho Square
General Practice are looking for receptionist to join our team.
Part time 27.5 hours
Working Monday to Friday 13:00 to 18:30
Salary starting
at £12.21 but negotiable depending on experience.

Previous experience of working in general practice or
customer service is desirable but not essential for the role.
This is an afternoon role between 13:00 and
18:30.
However, you must be available for work between
the practices core hours of 08:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday.
We are looking for flexibility to cover
colleagues as required. Any additional hours worked would be paid based on your
hourly rate.

Main duties of the job
You will be based at our Reception desk and the main
responsibility of the role is to provide excellent patient care by answering
queries and arranging patient appointments, in person and by telephone.
You will need excellent communication skills and will
gain experience in dealing with a wide range of patient queries and an
understanding of NHS primary care.
