Woodland Medical Practice is looking to recruit a full time Practice Manager

We are a friendly practice situated within the Birchwood area of Lincoln; we provide services to 8000 patients.

We have a clinical team of six GPs being 4 partners and two Salaried GPs and an experienced nurse practitioner and nursing team. The Practice has teams leads in Nursing, Reception and Administration.

The practice also is home to several PCN practitioners, bringing additional services, such as Clinical Pharmacy, Mental Health, MSK and a Frailty and Complex Care Team.

We are looking to recruit a fulltime Manager who ideally would be experienced in a Primary Care setting.

Main duties of the job

We are looking to recruit a fulltime Manager who ideally would be experienced in a Primary Care setting. A working knowledge of NHS procedures and CQC standards for continual development of quality services in adherence to CQC standards and Key Lines of Enquiry.

You will be the operational leader at the heart of the practice. Working closely with the partnership team and well-supported by an experienced clinical team and exceptional administrative team, you will help drive financial sustainability, operational efficiency, workforce development, outstanding communication, and the ongoing delivery of high-quality patient care.

You would also be working closely with our local practices within the Primary Care Network. APEX PCN which is providing care for 46000 patients in the locality.
