Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Front of House Team Leader to join Teldocs reception team.

Main duties of the job

The postholder will be responsible for providing day to day management and support for our receptionists. Working within our induction and training policies and protocols, the role will include the ongoing assessment of training needs.

You will need to be flexible and innovative in your approach, quickly developing effective working relationships with colleagues across all our sites. You will need to have excellent communication skills and an interest in improving the customer service experience for patients.

Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example are key to this role. The successful candidate will be required to understand the need for confidentiality and display a mature and professional attitude.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A C or equivalent

Desirable

  • NVQ level 2 in Customer Service

Experience

Essential

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good knowledge of GDPR
  • Good knowledge of working in a GP Practice

Desirable

  • Good knowledge of EMIS
  • Good understanding of health and safety
