Job summary
We are looking for a Salaried GP to join our busy, thriving practice in the Cotswolds.
We are a multi-site, 24,500 patient practice with a fantastic multi-disciplinary team, including 12 Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, 4 Urgent Care Practitioners, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, a large multi-skilled Nursing Team, a Pharmacy Team and multiple Administrative staff who all support the successful running of the practice.
Main duties of the job
Our practice operates a usual GP system to ensure excellent continuity of care. The successful candidate will provide cover for a couple of Partners throughout the week, holding clinics comprised of acute and routine appointments. They will also be responsible for covering any admin associated with that list, including the filing of blood results, patient letters, tasks and prescription requests.
GP workload is supported by a range of in-house Allied Health professionals.
We also have a dedicated team of frailty nurses, and nursing home matrons to help manage our elderly and housebound patients.
The practice uses Systm1, Accurx and AccurxScribe and is shortly adopting a clinical triage system.
