MVMG are looking for a further Access Administration Officer to join our friendly team.
As an Access Admin officer your will you will support the delivery of safe and effective care of patients through the appropriate management of appointment booking templates to meet the needs and demands of patients. The role does require the sucessful candidate to start work at 7:30am.
Main duties of the job
Working as part of a team the post-holder will assist in updating appointment booking templates and the scheduling/rescheduling of appointments via direct patient contact as well as text, email etc. to ensure patients are able to access the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way. You will be required to provide a high standard of patient focused service, pro-actively communicating relevant information between patients and their healthcare professional.
