The role……

The position of a CLS driver is to provide an efficient and timely transport delivery service to clients and stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and secure delivery of all packages/persons within the daily schedule. You may be responsible for transporting the following: staff, equipment, medical records, mail, specimens and linens (this is not exhaustive).

The small print……

If you demonstrate that you have the qualities and the experience that we are looking for, then you will be contacted to undergo a driving assessment, Highway Code assessment and then an interview.

All successful candidates who are offered the position with us will undertake an occupational health assessment with our occupational department as well as pre-employment references.

You will go through a full mentoring period to enable you to achieve a level of competency that is required to carry out a full range of duties.

You will work a variety of shifts which can start between 06:30 to 00:00, Monday - Friday.

The starting holiday entitlement is 27 days per annum (based on full time hours) plus 8 bank holidays (bank contracts accrue one hour to every nine hours worked).
