We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacy technician to complete our current Pharmacy Education and Development Team and participate in the development ,delivery and quality assurance of pharmacy education.

You will be the Educational Programme Director for our Preregistration Pharmacy Technician Trainees , chair this Local Faculty Group ,manage the trainees educational rota and also their monthly training sessions. You will also have the opportunity to undertake a Post Graduate Certificate in education.

You will gain a wide range of experience in supporting primarily the development of Preregistration Pharmacy Technician Trainees and our pharmacy apprenticeships posts as well as providing pharmaceutical care to patients as part of the Pharmacy Medicine Management Team.

Brighton and Sussex University Hospital Trust has the infrastructure and support for preregistration pharmacy technician trainees, preregistration pharmacist trainees , apprentices , foundation pharmacists and undergraduate pharmacy placements from both Brighton and Sussex Schools of Pharmacy



• Posts in the Trust are subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Criminal Records Bureau to check for any previous criminal spent and unspent convictions, reprimands, and cautions.

• Appointment to this role will commence at the lowest salary point unless confirmed otherwise by HR Employment Services (Recruitment, Administration & Terms and Conditions)
