Staff Nurse, Band 5, £22128-28746 pro rata, 15 hours per week, Molesey Hospital and mobile working. Work as a staff nurse supporting patients requiring evening visits as part of a District Nursing Team who are highly skilled practitioners working within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team. Providing quality care to adults in the community, that requires a range of skills traditionally associated with care previously only provided in an acute setting.

Golden Hello

Golden Hello for substantive Band 5 and Band 6 posts (except Managerial post, for example Ward Manager) for Community Qualified Nurses, Community Hospital Qualified Nurses and PaediatricOccupational Therapists. This is not applicable for Band 7 and Band 8 posts. Or bank posts.

Successful applicants, who have not worked for CSH within the last 12 months, will receive an amount of £2000 paid in 2 instalments - £1000 upon commencement and a further £1000 following successful completion of probation. These payments are pro-rata for part time posts. Payments will be subject to tax and NI in the usual way. Please see Golden Hello guidelines for Terms and Conditions.
