We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Band 5 Occupational Therapists to join our unique rotation. With the opportunity to work across In patient Older Persons Physical Rehabilitation, Children's Services, Intermediate Care including in-reach to the acute sector and integrated community team. A full induction programme and training is provided and you will be provided with regular clinical supervision.

The successful applicant must:

  • Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills within the multi-disciplinary team

  • Be able to justify their clinical decision making

  • Have the ability to plan, prioritise and time manage appropriately

  • Be able to work on a rotational shift pattern, including week days, weekends and bank holidays and undertake control and restraint training

We know that the development of our staff is essential to the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care and ensure that all our newly qualified health professionals are offered a comprehensive 12 month Preceptorship programme. You will be supported by an outstanding team of Practice Educators who will support and assist you in the transition from student to practitioner.
