HCSW – Basildon, Wickford, Benfleet

We are currently looking for fun, caring, enthusiastic and flexible people to support families caring for their children with complex care needs at home.

The successful candidate would be expected to be reliable and work with our patients on a one to one basis providing clinical and personal care, interaction, play and to help involve them in activities.

Experience in the field would be desirable but with the great training and education programme that all new staff receive you will soon have the skills and confidence to provide the highest quality care.

We are looking for bank and substantive part time or full time members of staff who are willing to work waking night shifts although day shifts would be required to train

Hourly Rates Substantive

During 6 month probation Hourly rate

Days 8am – 8pm £7.50

Nights 8pm – 8am £9.75

Saturdays Days and Nights £9.75

Sundays and Bank Holidays Days and Nights £12.00

After Successful 6 month probation Hourly rate

Days 8am – 8pm £7.95

Nights 8pm – 8am £10.34

Saturdays Days and Nights £10.34

Sundays and Bank Holidays Days and Nights £12.72

Bank Rates

Between £8.36 - £17.72 depending on shifts
