All external appointments to the Trust will be required to attend a full Trust Corporate Induction which will be held at Carew House, Beacon Technology Park, Dunmere Road, Bodmin, PL31 2QN.

The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

We are looking for caring and adaptable people to come and join our team at St Austell Community Hospital. We are a large and busy Community Hospital with inpatient and out-patient areas. The ability to follow hospital policies and procedures and to carry out other duties as requested to meet the needs of the service are all essential. You need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player with the ability to use your own initiative and be flexible in your approach to work. Our GSA team is a core part of our service ensuring that the hospital standards of cleanliness are maintained and we are fit for purpose. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given. There are 2part time postsworking30 hours per week and 24hours per weekincluding evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
