Clinical Systems Communication and Engagement Lead

Band 6

Salary: £26,565 - £ 35,577

37.5 hours per week

This is a newly created post so an exciting time to join our dedicated team.

Burton Hospitals are looking for someone to lead the development of the Meditech hospital Electronic Patients Records and clinical systems. This will include working directly with clinical and non-clinical staff to ascertain and document requirements and to advise and help to build these in the system.

The post holder will be required to communicate and engage with clinical and non-clinical staff to understand and document requirements for system enhancements to ensure the system meets the clinical and business needs of the Trust. You will proactively develop, test, and implement changes to systems in response to user requirements, mandatory changes, and supplier upgrades. As well as assisting in the implementation of new systems.

This is a key role within the EPR Team to ensure that correct Governance is adhered to and requirements are signed off before being transferred into the live system from the Test environment.

You will have clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal, with a high level of analytical and problem solving skills, coupled with experience of using Microsoft Office products.
