With a competency based approach to clinical training and development we ensure you are able to apply your newly developed skills in a safe and effective way.

We are seeking both newly qualified and experienced nurses to provide complex care and treatment to both adults and older people living at home who have long-term or complex health needs. You will work alongside a number of specialist community services including Palliative Care, Proactive Nursing Services, Bladder and Bowel, Respiratory, Diabetes as well maintaining established pivotal relationships with our primary care colleagues.

Working hours are generally 08.30 - 17.00 and will include a twilight shift worked on a rota basis. Weekend working is 1 in 4 approx and twilight hours are available 7 days a week for those wishing to work after 2pm.

Access to a vehicle and possession of a full driving license is essential.
