Following our recent therapy restructure we have an exciting opportunity within our Children’s Physiotherapy Service, which provides physiotherapy across acute and community settings. We are looking for a physiotherapist with broad experience in children’s services to lead the team. You will be responsible for managing and developing the service, promoting a learning culture and demonstrating leadership and innovation.

The children’s physiotherapy team supports acute services based at St Mary’s Hospital, including Paediatric Critical Care, Major Trauma, Infectious Diseases and Haematology; GP direct access for paediatric musculoskeletal physiotherapy; Neonatal services across St Mary’s and Hammersmith Hospital sites; and are contracted by CLCH to provide community physiotherapy for the Child Development Service. This post supports the out of hours paediatric physiotherapy service which operates 5/7 working.

You will ensure that children and young people receive a first rate, needs led Physiotherapy Service. Overseeing the department's management and development, you will take responsibility for an existing committed team which includes Clinical Specialists for Musculoskeletal and Child Development Services, specialist physiotherapists, rotational physiotherapists and therapy assistants.
