GPs

Principal Medical (PML) is a GP-led ‘not for profit’ primary care organisation committed to excellence in GP and Primary Healthcare. Our aims are to offer innovative and tailored solutions which benefit patients and to maintain high standards together with a friendly, efficient and personal service.

We are currently working with general practices across Oxfordshire who have come together to align themselves with PML to form the largest GP Federation in the county, covering North, North East, West and parts of South West Oxfordshire.

We are looking to recruit a range of Primary Care clinicians for a major primary care transformation pilot project across Oxfordshire. If you are a GP looking for a new challenge in a salaried or locum capacity and looking for new opportunities to work within Primary Care, please contact us.

We value all staff as individuals and appreciate that everyone brings with them different skills and experiences. We are committed to empowering people and will offer every opportunity to enhance your clinical skills. We guarantee our clinicians autonomy, CPD and career progression, in return, you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest standard of clinically effective, person centered care.

These roles are offered on a permanent basis with huge potential as federated services grow and PML services are extended.

A competitive package with NHS Pensions is available for this post, depending on experience and qualifications.
