Advance Nurse Practitioner/Nurse Practitioner

Trinity Medical Centre – Hove, East Sussex

We’re looking for a dynamic ANP interested in joining this forward thinking practice and being part of our future development.

• Nurse-led management of acute undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions includes minor illness, minor ailments and injuries

• Recent primary and/or urgent care experience – nursing qualifications RGN

• Recent experience of face-to-face patient care

• Degree level / Postgraduate level ANP/Specialist qualification or equivalent

• Evidence of recent study

• Recognised Nurse Prescribing Qualification

We are seeking 8 sessions per week to help us expand our current team.

We are based in the centre of Hove, East Sussex, in fantastic, award winning, new premises. We can offer a great team dynamic and enthusiasm. We currently have 2 ANP’s 8 Partners and 3 Salaried GP’s with 18,600 patients and growing.

We are a training practice supporting medical students, FY2 doctors and speciality trainees with high QoF and are always first to take on pilots. As an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be vital to our success, assessing, diagnosing, treating and discharging patients autonomously every day. You’ll be responsible for providing an excellent standard of patient care and health promotion to the general public .
