An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and dynamic team at Harefield Hospital. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cardiac Physiologist to expand their skill knowledge in both invasive and non-invasive Cardiology.

The Department provides a wide range of diagnostic procedures:

  • All non-invasive testing, including physiologist led ETT and tilt table testing.
  • Coronary intervention, including a 24/7 primary PCI service, valvular intervention, including TAVI, BAV and implantation of Impella and ECMO assist devices.
  • Pacemaker and complex device insertion (ICD /CRT) and follow up clinics which include remote monitoring.
  • Transplant and VAD assessments, including CPET testing and Transplant Right Heart Catheter assessments.

For this role, you should be qualified to BSc Clinical Physiology level or recognised equivalent, be RCCP registered (or applying for) and have at least 2 years independent clinical experience in Non-invasive testing and as well as experience in Invasive Cardiology. The successful candidate would be expected, after appropriate training, experience and assessment, to participate in the on call rota.
