Delfryn House in Mold, Flintshire is a 28-bedded hospital specialising in mental health rehabilitation for adult males with severe and enduring mental health difficulties who are detained under the Mental Health Act. The residents at Delfryn House may also have personality disorders and challenging behaviours.
In this role you’ll:

• Build professional relationships with the clients and other staff at your establishment and throughout the company
• Do everything possible to maintain a safe, clean and enjoyable environment to live and work in, this will involve domestic duties
• Learn about our individual's specific needs and help meet those needs in the most appropriate way following all policies and procedures
• Devise and implement activities appropriate to the patient needs
• Contribute towards the assessment and treatment of individual’s function and wellbeing as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Produce electronic reports on patient progress
• Manage a caseload of patients under the supervision of Occupational Therapists
• Increase patient’s independence
We're looking for people who have:

• Ability to participate in training and development to enable the job to be done to the required standard
• Have basic computer skills
