Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust has exciting opportunities for a Registered Staff Nurses to be part of our specialised multi- disciplinary team within our Sub-regional Neurosciences Unit and our Spinal Unit. We are looking for highly motivated, dynamic and passionate individuals to drive our clinical pathways forward.

Caring forour patients ensures a varied role whereyou can learn specialty care for those who may have complex conditions and who need highly skilled care.

The Neuro-Spines post-operative Unit is a 12 bedded unit which delivers immediate post-operative care to neurosurgical and spinal patients. The Spinal Unit has 29 beds and ctersfor both elective and emergency spinal patientsand D10 and D11 are 28 bedded wards that specialise in the care of acute neurosciences patients, allsitting within the Division of Surgery. Supported by the ward sisters, you will be responsible for the assessment and care of patients that are admitted from various A&E Departments, Critical Care areas, surrounding hospitals and home. You will work closely with the medical staff and the multi-disciplinary team.

We can offer positions to Registered Nurses (Adult)but also to experienced Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Nurses who are eager to learn and tojoin our multi-talented teams.

All new employees starting work at NUH will be subject to a DBS check and liable for the cost (£49 for enhanced, £31 for standard, £30 for basic).

The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
