Registered Nurse- Band 5 - Elderly Care, salary up to £28k, North Bristol

Registered Nurses required to work within our acute elderly care department Elgar at North Bristol NHS Trust. Elgar House supports patients to make the transition from hospital to home and it is focussed on rehabilitation, reablement and recovery. You will be based within the Medicine Division at Southmead Hospital, Bristol, with a salary of up to £28k (depending on experience) + excellent NHS benefits.

- To encourage patients to participate in activities held within the department and lunch in the communal dining rooms

- To discuss and support expected pathways of discharge and help facilitate patient flow
