The Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise (PDSE) is an award winning Community Interest Company that works closely with Plymouth University’s Peninsula School of Dentistry to oversee the clinical education of its dental students and provide NHS treatment and outreach services to local communities. Peninsula dental has four large state of the art clinical facilities in Devon and Cornwall and it is now looking to expand into NHS clinical service to address local needs.

Your main role will be to provide NHS primary dental care services to a full range of patients with a particular focus on children. You must be able to work in a multidisciplinary environment with a range of dental professionals and demonstrate flexibility and the highest standards of clinical care in dental therapy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful team in an award winning organisation with further opportunities available through our close working relationship with the Dental School. There may be occasions you are required to assist in the clinical education of undergraduate Therapy/Hygiene students but the primarily role is providing dental care to patients in PDSE.

This vacancy is for 1 day a week based in Plymouth. Pay is negotiable dependent on experience.
