We also offer a supportive preceptorship programme for newly qualified nurses and a well-established rotational programme for therapists. This a perfect opportunity for a newly qualified, experienced, or a retired nurse with a valid NMC PIN who is missing nursing, who would like to join a dynamic, Integrated Nursing Team based at Staines Health Centre in Knowle Green Staines, Spelthorne. Spelthorne covers the localities of Staines, Sunbury, Shepperton, Ashford and Stanwell . There are posts available to satisfy part time and full time hours to suit your own work and home life balance. The community nurses are currently on a rota to cover weekend work, every 3 to 4 weeks which recieve enhanced rates of pay. The Community Team visit patients at home, in residential homes and hold wound clinics at the Health Centre across Spelthorne. There are excellent opportunities for in house training and post grad courses with Surrey University. The team has four experienced District Nurses and two Team Leaders who will ensure that you have the necessary mentorship for your personal development and a bespoke induction. Great training available in End of Life Care, Wound Care and mentorship courses are offered after one year post graduation. The Ashford Hub has now opened in Ashford Hospital and you will have excellent opportunites to work with Community Matrons, Social Services and Specialist Teams to develop your nursing skills and knowledge.

Successful applicants, who have not worked for CSH within the last 12 months, will receive an amount of £2000 paid in 2 instalments - £1000 upon commencement and a further £1000 following successful completion of probation.
