The Role

  1. Provide inspirational strategic leadership to the Trust’s nursing and AHP workforce, ensuring a continued focus on service users and clinical excellence throughout the organisation.
  2. Work in partnership with Board and health system colleagues to shape and implement future clinical and corporate strategies, playing a lead role in service user and carer involvement.
  3. Play a lead role in delivering effective quality governance and to be responsible for risk management and regulatory compliance.

The Candidate

  1. Demonstrable track record of successful clinical leadership gained at or near Board level in a comparable healthcare environment.
  2. Strong track record of driving continuous improvement in quality and standards of service user care.
