Vocare Ltd, trading as Vocare Remote Clinical Advisors are recruiting for Pathways Trained 111 Clinical Advisors for their VRCA Service.

Vocare currently operates the NHS 111 service from various areas of the country. As part of our resilience plans we are looking to recruit experienced 111 clinicians to work remotely from home, in supporting our regions with 111 calls and performance.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced NHS 111 Clinical Advisor (nurse or paramedic) who has completed all Pathways modules to level 2, had a minimum of one year’s experience in the NHS 111 service, and is able to demonstrate a history of satisfactory call audits and performance.

Full induction to our systems and procedures will be provided at one of our sites in the North East, Staffordshire, London, or Somerset. Candidates will work remotely to cover peak hours (evening and weekends) and must be able to commit to ten hours per week. On-going training and development will be supported at the same site.

Vocare are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and the working of various shift patterns to include weekends and public holidays will be required within this role.

Please note the salary ranges above are based on a 37.5 hour week and detail the lowest you can earn and the highest you can earn depending on the amount of unsocial hours you actually work.
