Family Nurse Partnership Administrator

Job Reference: 449-CSP144

Solent NHS Trust
Family Nurse Partnership
£16,968 - £19,852

1 x 37.5hrs post for a Family Nurse Partnership Administrator in Portsmouth

Portsmouth has a wonderful opportunity to recruit an Agenda for Change Band 3 Administrator to an existing Wave 5a Family Nurse Partnership site.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and passionate Administrator to work with Solent NHS Trust in Portsmouth.

This role is responsible for the administrative and data management of the local programme; the collection, collation and input of data into the central information system is a critical element of testing the programme. Accuracy and timeliness is essential for the team to know whether they are meeting the requirements of the project board, the FNP National Unit and licensing conditions.

The role will also be responsible for day-to-day practical operations within the FNP team; to provide secretarial services to all members of the FNP team and to provide an efficient and sensitive first point of contact to all telephone callers. This is a demanding role requiring high levels of administrative skills and ability to work as part of a team. Please be aware that the interview will include short IT skills tests.

The FNP team in Portsmouth currently consists of a FNP supervisor and seven family nurses, based together in Portsmouth Civic Offices. Full training will be provided and support will be offered locally from the Children and Families Services here in Portsmouth.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an evidence-based package of care for vulnerable first time mothers in Portsmouth.
