Apprentice Administrator - Recruitment Department

Our recruitment team have a positive and friendly approach in dealing with members of staff and the public, and you will need the willingness and motivation to learn and develop. As part of our dedicated team, you will be required to work flexibly. Our core hours are Monday – Friday on a rota basis between 8am and 5pm. On occasion, you may be required to work outside of these hours.

As an Apprentice Administrator with our recruitment team, you will be responsible for a range of administration duties and have outstanding customer care and communication skills. If you have excellent attention to detail with fresh ideas, and enjoy working with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds, an Apprenticeship with us could be for you.

An Apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy department whilst working towards a qualification in a relevant subject. You will have dedicated study time and 1:1 support throughout the Apprenticeship, as well as a mentor within your department.

Over 80% of Apprentices who have worked for our Trust have found full time roles within our organisation and many others find permanent roles with other Health and Care providers locally. Apprentices who find work within our organisation will have the opportunity to gain further nationally recognised qualifications. The qualification is fully funded and you will not have to pay anything towards it.

The Selection Process

You may be invited to attend an assessment centre as part of the selection process. This allows us to get to know more about you. For more information on assessment centres, please read the 'Guidance for Applicants' in the additional documents section of this page (right hand menu).
