Immigration Rules changes

Recent changes to the UK immigration rules affect most applicants from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and we encourage you to check the UK Border Agency website to see which route you need to apply to. Applicants from outside the UK/EEA may need to obtain a Certificate of Sponsorship from a potential employer before they will be allowed to enter the UK to work.
