As a GP-led healthcare provider working closely with trusted system partners, strong governance and independent scrutiny are essential. These appointments will play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance, system credibility and effective Board assurance.

Main duties of the job
The Role
We are seeking to appoint two Independent Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) to strengthen the Boards independent advice, scrutiny and assurance. The roles provide objective challenge and oversight across strategy, performance and risk, supporting robust decision-making that is aligned to our values and purpose.
We are particularly interested in appointing:
- One Independent Non-Executive Director with senior NHS and/or commissioning experience, ideally with a strong understanding of primary care and/or a clinical background
- One Independent Non-Executive Director with significant digital, data and transformation expertise, ideally gained within or alongside the NHS or wider healthcare sector. The successful candidate will bring strategic insight and oversight to support digital innovation and the continued shift from analogue to digitally enabled models of care, ensuring technology and data are leveraged to improve patient outcomes, operational effectiveness and long-term organisational sustainability.
